Silvana’s previous work and past experiences has helped her become an expert in her field. Having previously worked as National Training Manager for Reed Specialist Recruitment, she overlooked training throughout the UK and ensured that all courses delivered were compliant with national training frameworks, enjoyable and interactive, as well as being informative. Silvana continues to use this approach for all their courses.
