The Metis HR Managing Director, Alison Driver, is a Chartered FCIPD and MBA-qualified HR Consultant. From staff management and recruitment to employee-related investigations and dismissals, Alison has experience in every aspect of HR. Paul’s career spans over 17 years in people management within the hospitality sector. His most recent role involved serving as an area manager for a medium-sized pub group, overseeing 18 managers and more than 100 employees. Prior to this he managed his own business for six years, leading a team of 25 employees.
Janet’s career spans 40 years of dealing with employment law and HR in a wide range of industries.
