Some HR providers limit the contact from clients, charging extra for emails or phone calls in excess of an agreed monthly amount. At Metis HR we put our clients’ needs first. We’d rather they pick the phone up or send us an email when they first realise they’ve got a problem rather than worry about being charged for the contact.
