Paul Roberts is currently studying Level 5 People Management with the CIPD to further his professional development.
He joined Metis HR in November 2023.
Paul’s career spans 17 years in people management. The majority of this has been within the hospitality sector. His most recent role involved serving as an area manager overseeing 18 managers and more than 100 employees. Prior to this, he successfully managed his own business leading a team of 25 employees.
Paul brings a wealth of experience in managing employees through every aspect of the employee life cycle. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management, disciplinary, grievance resolution, managing sickness absence and advising on maternity and paternity cases.
