We are a micro business who need to buy in specialist skills to help us meet our legal obligations as an employer. Metis HR have been so helpful.... Holding our hands when we had some challenges, providing good, clear advice in a non-scary language and helping us out with day to day advice. During the pandemic they frequently sent us invaluable information about all the rapid changes, as they occurred. This helped us feel less isolated, and fully supported as we all tried to navigate our way through an ever changing world. The team are down to earth, local, friendly, but totally know their stuff and don't make you feel stupid because you don't know every aspect of employment law. They do, so use them!read more
