I’m a Rossendale native with over 40 years of HR experience, including more than 20 years as a legal HR consultant. My HR career prior to becoming a Consultant took me through a wide range of industries, from corporate services and HGV transport to manufacturing and IT sales. This variety has given me valuable insight into the challenges businesses face when managing their teams and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
As a legal HR Consultant I can honestly say that most questions and problems have come across my desk, but people can still be surprising! The world of employment law is ever changing and I appreciate the difficulties employers have in keeping up to date and on the ball. That’s why we’re here.
