Alison Driver is owner and Managing Director of Metis HR Ltd. A Lancashire based, Chartered FCIPD and MBA qualified HR Consultant with over 35 years’ experience as an operational people manager and HR professional. At the age of 24 Alison was managing 105 unionised cleaning and catering staff in the NHS. The enforced exercise of the Government’s drive for Compulsory Competitive Tendering in the NHS in 1985 resulted in Alison cutting her management teeth on making 36 employees redundant in order to successfully win the tender in-house.

Ali Penney is an HR Consultant and Workplace Mediator she is an Associate MCIPD and CIPD level 5 Qualified HR Consultant and professionally qualified Workplace Mediator. With Alison’s Professional Qualifications in Mediation and Neuro Linguistic Programming, she is ideally placed to deliver the specialist skills required for Workplace Mediation, Negotiation and Positive Communication. She has 29 years’ experience in Business, Finance and People Management.
